Denair carried out the HVAC part of this sizable project. Denair performed demolition of the existing system first and provided brand new equipment, such as the AC units, exhaust fans grills, diffusers and louvers. We produced all the ductwork and installed according to the engineering requirements ensuring proper volume, backdraft, fire and motorized dampers operation. We provided all condensate and refrigerant piping and installed required thermostats and sensors with associated control wiring. By the end of the project, air test and balancing were carried out and certified report provided.
