3. Is there anything I can do before calling for service technician?
You have to make sure air conditioner or furnace is turned on, verify that the breakers and disconnects are turned on and the thermostat is set correctly. Also make a note of any strange noises and smells.

However, if you require replacement of any major parts or change of the entire unit, and you purchase the equipment from Denair, service charge fee will be waved (see table).
