The progress was obvious when the all-in-one truck headquarters had moved to the apartment living room “office” where blueprints had been rolled out all over the floor. Dennis founded Denair HVAC Company in 2007. He has over 17 years of experience in HVAC industry and holds significant expertise in all the aspect of the business. Leading company’s strategic vision, he has raised enterprise from zero to the level of 2 million in revenue within 5 years.
ALEXANDR ZAKASHANSKIY
Operating Manager
Aleksandr serves as Operation Manager at Denair HVAC Company. In this capacity, he oversees performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of the entire organization and is responsible for thousands of clients’ accounts and control over employees and operations.
YELENA KOURTEI
Controller
Lena has over 35 years of industry experience, ranging from construction to real estate to HVAC. She handles all aspects of accounting, finance, budgeting, forecasting, and insurances for Denair and we couldn’t be luckier.
NATALJA SIROKOVA
Marketing Manager
Natalja serves as marketing manager at Denair HVAC Company. In this capacity, she oversees the building of relationships with prospective clients and developing the firm’s brand. She is responsible for maintaining public relations and development of marketing strategies.
FARRUKH KASIMOV
Estimator
Farrukh has been with Denair HVAC Company since 2010. He is an experienced estimator who is responsible for bid proposal preparation in a comprehensive and timely manner, tracking opportunities with vendors, subcontractors and customers.
ANASTASIYA CHERNAYA
Sales Manager
Anastasiya serves as sales manager. In this capacity, she is responsible for leading Denair’s new business acquisitions by identifying market opportunities, developing strategic partnerships. Anastasiya is in charge of development and implementation of sales and growth strategies.
PETRU COBAN
Assistant Operating Manager
Petru has joined our team recently, but has already made significant input supporting and assisting operation manager. He is in charge of controlling every day operations, coordination with the different departments to ensure that all plans are in action and all tasks executed are of the best quality.
