We fabricate rectangular, square, round, oval, and spiral ductwork in galvanized steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. We also supply and install flexible duct, duct liner, and external duct insulation. All fabrication is done in-house at our Brooklyn sheet metal shop.

Project duration depends on building size and scope. Typical floor-by-floor duct replacements in occupied buildings take 2–4 weeks per floor, coordinated to minimize tenant disruption. New construction duct scopes for a full commercial floor are typically completed in 1–3 weeks. We provide a detailed project schedule at the proposal stage.

Yes. We manage all required NYC Department of Buildings permit filings, including mechanical work permits and any associated sprinkler or fire-suppression coordination. Our licensed professional engineers can stamp drawings when required by the DOB.
