Denair executed the full scope of mechanical work in this project, which involved: supplying and installation of ducted ceiling concealed and wall mounted AC units of 18,000 BTU each; fabrication and installation of supply and return ductwork; supply and installation of supply and return floor mounted diffusers with associated plenum boxes; supply and installation of drip pans with leak detectors, refrigerant and condensate piping, condensate pumps and thermostats with associated control wiring. The project was completed by Denair HVAC NYC in according to schedule.
